Two- and three-story homes
Upper exterior panes, clerestories, and hard-to-reach sliders. We still need a clear path along the wall for the pole.
Exterior panes are washed with deionized water on a reach pole. The water has no minerals left in it, so it dries clear instead of spotting. We use it on homes and low-rise commercial glass up to 4 stories.
Interior glass is still detailed by hand. The pole is how we reach the outside without leaning a ladder against the building. Above that height, we decline the job.

Brush, rinse, and let the deionized water dry. No soap left on the stucco.
Say so on the quote. Interior, screens, gutters, or solar can share the same appointment.
The filtered water is meant to dry without mineral spots. Existing etched hard-water stains can still need a treatment before the rinse looks clear.
