Home rooftop arrays
Composition and tile roofs we can walk or reach with the pole. We ask about recent install notes and any areas the roofer marked off.
Dust, coastal film, and pollen sit on the glass of a panel the same way they sit on a window. We rinse arrays with deionized water — no detergents — so the surface dries without mineral spots.
Dirty panels can lose a meaningful share of output. We do not promise a specific percentage back; we clean the glass so the array can do what it was installed to do. Access and roof pitch are confirmed before we book.

The same deionized system used on exterior windows. No soap runoff into the gutters.
We clean the array surface. Electrical work, inverter service, and repairs are not part of this visit.
We clean arrays we can reach safely. Steep or high roofs are declined when the setup is not safe.
Add panels to a window or gutter visit and the second service is 15% off.
Most of our solar work is on homes that already book window cleaning.

Malibu, Santa Monica, and South Bay arrays pick up salt. A rinse on a calmer weather day keeps the film from baking on.
Late spring and early fall are common, and after nearby construction or a dusty wind event. We reschedule in high wind or wet roofs.
A roof photo, roughly how many panels, and whether there is safe access.
Solar is its own line, even when it shares a day with windows or gutters.
Deionized water, a soft brush, and no one standing on the modules.
We use deionized water and a soft brush on the glass. We do not pressure-wash modules or step on them.
