Terms

These terms cover estimates and work booked with Accurate Window Cleaning & Power Washing through this website or by phone. A written quote controls the price and scope for that job if it conflicts with a general line on the site.

Quotes

Online and phone estimates are free and itemized. They are an offer for the scope described, not a flat rate for extra rooms, extra stories, or stains we have not seen. We aim to reply within one business hour during posted hours. Work starts when you approve the quote and we confirm a time.

What we do not service

We do not clean buildings 4 stories and up. If a photo or a site visit shows the glass or gutters are outside that limit, or unsafe to reach, we will decline or narrow the scope before the appointment.

Scheduling and access

Arrival is given as a window, not an exact minute. Interior work needs someone who can let the crew in. Exterior-only work needs the access you agreed to on the quote. If we cannot reach the glass because of a locked gate, a pet, or weather that makes the roof or pole unsafe, we reschedule.

Streak callback

If you see a streak in work we just finished, tell us within 48 hours and we come back to correct it. This covers the glass on that visit. It does not cover new hard-water etching, construction dust, or sprinkler spotting that happens after we leave.

Payment and discounts

Payment terms are on the quote you approve. Bundle pricing (15% off a second service) and recurring pricing (10% off weekly or monthly visits; quarterly plans excluded) apply only to the lines the quote includes. Referral credit is applied to a later visit after the referred job is completed.
